The 2 Day Yangshuo Adventures Tour is perfect for visitors interested in experiencing the natural beauty and scenery of Yangshuo. During this 2 Day Yangshuo tour, you will explore Yangshuo’s scenery and a variety of different attractions with your very own private tour guide.

The following attractions are a selection of the highlights during the 2 Day Yangshuo Adventures Private Day Tour:

Xianggong Hill is a spectacular hill located on the banks of the Li River with incredible bird’s eye views overlooking the Li River and surrounding karst mountains.

Yulong River Rafting is on bamboo rafts along the peaceful and scenic Yulong River. Visitor’s board rafts made from bamboo and are slowly pushed downstream with by a raftsman at the rear of the raft. Enjoy the scenic views of Southern China’s Yulong Valley onboard your private raft.

The Impression 3rd Sister Liu Show is a famous performance with over 700 actors held on the banks of the Li River in Yangshuo each night. Directed by Zhang Yimou (director of the Beijing Olympics opening ceremony), the Impression 3rd Sister Liu Show features Karst Mountain scenery as the backdrop and is the best evening activity in Yangshuo.

The Private Li River Cruise is a motorized Private Li River Cruise (made from PVC piping) between the highlights of the Li River (Xingping and Nine Horse Fresco Hill). Please note, persons under 120 cms tall, over 65 years of age or pregnant women are not permitted on these rafts.

The Cormorant Demonstration is a brief demonstration held by a Cormorant Fisherman in Xingping, introducing visitors to this traditional Chinese fishing practice.

Cuiping Hill is located in the Yulong Valley area of Yangshuo and offers spectacular bird’s eye views overlooking river-ways, surrounding villages and Yangshuo rural scenery. Cuiping Hill is a very famous scenic viewpoint to watch the sunset over Yangshuo.

1 – Day 1

~~Change Arrival at Location to Classic Guilin Day Tour~~

The 2 Day Yangshuo Adventures Tour will commence by meeting at your Yangshuo Hotel in the Yangshuo countryside or town. The meeting time is typically 9:00 am but being a private tour, there is flexibility with start time with the possibility of starting the day earlier or later in the morning. When you complete the tour booking, please advise us of your preferred time to commence the private day tour and this can be accommodated.

The first stop is Xianggong Hil – a famous mountain in Yangshuo offering spectacular panoramic views overlooking the Li River, Karst Scenery and surrounding rural areas. Upon arriving at Xianggong Hill, walk up to the peak of the mountain and you’ll be rewarded with incredible bird’s eye scenic views. Afterwards, transfer to the Yulong Valley area with a stopover at a rural market day (held on specific dates only) and choose to cycle or hike around this picturesque valley.
In the late afternoon, visit West Street for dinner (not included in pricing) before watching the Impression 3rd Sister Liu Show in the evening. At the conclusion of the show, you’ll be transferred back to your Yangshuo Hotel to enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.
2 – Day 2

To commence the second day, your tour guide and driver will meet you at your Yangshuo Hotel Lobby where you will be transferred to Xingping Town. Xingping is a traditional town located on the Li River and is where the private motorized Li River Cruise rafts depart.

Upon arriving, board a private Raft and enjoy the spectacular Li River from the water-level. The private raft along the Li River lasts for approximately 50 minutes and is the most beautiful section of the river, featuring the 20 CNY note landmark. After disembarking, visitors will enjoy a brief Cormorant Fisherman demonstration, introducing this traditional fishing practice.

After lunch, depart Xingping and commence a hike to Da-Mian Mountain. This off-the-beaten track viewpoint is reached by walking along the Li River banks and surrounding farmland before reaching a trail. It takes approximately 40 minutes to hike up to the viewpoint but similar to Xianggong Hill, the views are worthwhile!

Following Da-Mian mountain, meet the driver at the base of the mountain and you’ll be transferred to another scenic viewpoint – Cuiping Hill. This particular mountain is located in the Yangshuo countryside and is the best spot to view the sunset in the Yulong Valley area. Hike up and wait to sun sets to be rewarded with incredible views. At the end of the visit to Cuiping Hill, you’ll be transferred back to your Yangshuo Hotel to conclude the tour.
